Quick Printers and Small Commercial Printers Award PagePath Top Honors

Aurora, IL. (July 25, 2000) – PagePath Technologies’ MyOrderDesk e-commerce solution was awarded ‘Product of the Year’ during the recent PrintImage 2000 Quick Print show, the annual conference and exposition of PrintImage International-formerly the National Association of Quick Printers (NAQP)-the association of quick and small commercial printers. The prestigious Product of the Year award was presented to PagePath’s CEO, Gregory Witek, by Ann Mitchell, President of the PrintImage Board of Directors and owner of CBS Printing in Nashville, TN. The Product of the Year award is determined by a membership vote during the Quick Print Show, the only trade show focused on the quick and small commercial printer and copy shop.

In accepting the award, Gregory Witek commented, “We were very honored just to have been nominated along with companies like Xerox, Canon, Discount Labels, and Microsoft. For the PII association to have thought enough of MyOrderDesk to rank it among a stellar group such as this is very gratifying. To actually win the award is beyond words. I must say that MyOrderDesk was really designed by our customers, many of which are among the PII membership, by providing us with constant feedback and suggestions. We simply turned those suggestions into a reality. We have belonged to this association since our early days and have always found it worthwhile.”

PagePath recently announced The Odyssey Initiative along with its first partner, printLEADER. The Initiative is focused on delivering affordable leading edge technology by integrating Internet based front-end systems like MyOrderDesk with back-end operation systems such as printLEADER’s estimating, management, and integrated accounting software.

PagePath’s MyOrderDesk is a private labeled turnkey system that can be added to a print center’s existing website or used on a standalone basis.
