With unions that is no longer a fact. Politacal Correctness has taken over. “Can’t hurt someones feelings”. The reason a business succeeds is the owner gets paid by how well he/she does. Same with sales. You get paid for successfull effort. Pay a sales person the same no matter how well they do and they will not do well. Why would they. The only exception would be if there “WORLD VIEW” was, ‘No matter what they were doing they were altimately working for God and not for man.
There are people like that.
